Refund Policy

Because most bookings are confirmed directly between the customer and the service provider on WhatsApp, refund terms for a specific service are agreed at the time of booking.

If a service provider fails to show up or does not deliver the agreed service, message us on WhatsApp with your booking details and we will help resolve it.

Advance payments made directly to HumBihari for coordination (where applicable) are refundable if the service is cancelled before a provider is confirmed.
